Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using LullaLog, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

LullaLog is a baby tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to record and track various aspects of baby care including feeding, sleeping, diaper changes, and milestones through voice recordings and manual input.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purposes
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share false or misleading information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Medical Disclaimer

Important: LullaLog is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your baby's health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in our application.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into LullaLog. We provide tools to export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Family Sharing

When you invite family members to access your baby's data, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have consent to share the baby's information
  • Managing access permissions appropriately
  • Monitoring shared access and revoking when necessary
  • Understanding that shared users may view and modify data according to their permissions

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

LullaLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
